I took a cooking class to learn how to use a pressure cooker because I'd witnessed a scary event with an old one. They used Kuhn Richon, Fissler and another brand in the class. I chose the Fissler Quatro because it seemed straightforward and gave me choices. I love it. It is easy and works great.
After a tremendous amount of research, I decided to purchase a couple of different fisler pressure cookers. As a working woman who also needs to attend to the needs of my hungry family, I needed a way to get a grip on the amount of time in the kitchen. A once passionate cook, I had begun feeling that cooking was a painful, time consuming chore. Wow! My amazing pressure cookers have not only made cooking simple, it has turned my creations into melt in your mouth delicacies. Everyday meals are no longer slapped together just to fill our bellies. Fissler is fabulous and every other pot now seems so pointlessly lame. I love cooking with the Fissler Pressure Cookers!
